Dear Vendor/Partner,
It is my pleasure to invite you to Medical City Dallas Hospital for our 2024 Respiratory Care
educational conference entitled: “Destination: Respiratory Excellence” benefiting Chaplaincy Ministries, Inc.. The program will be held in the Medical City Dallas City Hall Auditorium in Care Tower E on Thursday September5, 2024 from 8:00 am until 4:15 pm.
We will organize exhibit booths as part of the conference to promote vendor and attendee
interaction and education. If you would like to reserve a booth for the conference, please
return/ fax the attached registration form. Each booth is a 3’ X 6’ table which will allow
sharing of information with attendees.
The booth cost is $500.00/table. Fee includes 3’X6’ table, registration fee for two attendees,
continental breakfast and lunch. Our space will facilitate up to 10 booths for the conference.
This symposium is offered to all the respiratory therapists of North Texas to celebrate and
acknowledge the profession say “Thank You” for all they do to promote the care and
improvement of human life. This symposium will also assist future members of our
profession.
There is a potential for up to 200 Respiratory Therapists to attend this symposium. A portion
of the proceeds from the symposium are donated to Chaplaincy Ministries, Inc. This is the
ministry that is located on the Medical City Dallas campus that minister to and support our
patients, visitors, staff and families. Please join us in our efforts to provide an excellent day of
education as well as fund raising for a worthy cause.
